In short: Cuefade does not collect any data. Speech recognition runs entirely on your iPhone. Nothing you say is recorded, stored or sent anywhere. There is no account, no tracking and no advertising.
Cuefade uses the microphone only while you rehearse, to follow your place in the text. Your voice is transcribed on your device using Apple's on-device speech recognition. Audio is never recorded or saved, and neither audio nor transcripts leave your iPhone. On first use, iOS may download the speech model for your language from Apple; this is handled by the operating system.
The speeches you add and your rehearsal history are stored only on your device. We have no access to them. If you use iCloud Backup or back up your iPhone to a computer, this data may be included in those backups according to your device settings. Deleting the app deletes this data from your device.
The full version is sold as an in-app purchase through the App Store. Payment is processed entirely by Apple; we do not receive your payment details. Apple's handling of this information is described in Apple's Privacy Policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
Cuefade contains no analytics, advertising or tracking tools and no third-party SDKs. The app operates no servers and does not share data with anyone.
Cuefade does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
